• representation in court proceedings to pursue claims in connection with the conclusion by financial institutions of clauses resulting in the nullity of credit or loan agreements
• experience:
– representing Clients in court proceedings for annulment of a loan agreement or return of overpaid loan instalments,
– representing Clients in settlement negotiations with banks,
– analysis of the provisions of the loan or loan agreement in terms of the application by the financial institution of clauses resulting in the nullity of the contract
