defence of representatives of business entities as defendants, representation of companies as: victims, auxiliary prosecutors, private prosecutors and notifying of suspected crime, advice on criminal liability of collective entities
• representation of foreign entities’ interests in criminal proceedings before Polish law enforcement authorities and courts, analysis of internal regulations of companies in terms of compliance of internal procedures with anti-corruption provisions, analysis of compliance with internal and external procedures (compliance)
• developing and implementing procedures for managing the risk of fraud and irregularities (forensic),
• legal service of forensic IT processes, planning and implementation of forensic services in accordance with the client’s needs

– representation of natural persons conducting business activity and legal persons as notifying of suspected offenses, as well as in the course of preparatory proceedings before law enforcement authorities – the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office, and then in proceedings before the Court, representation and advice in the course of appeal proceedings against judgments of the Courts of the first instance and in proceedings before the Supreme Court
