• representing Clients in lawsuits to pursue claims in connection with the conclusion by financial institutions of clauses that are not allowed in credit and loan agreements
• experience:
– representing Clients in court proceedings for annulment of a loan agreement containing forbidden clauses or the return of overpaid loan instalments
– applying on behalf of clients to the Financial Ombudsman and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for issuing an important view on the case
– representing Clients in settlement negotiations with banks
– analysis of the provisions of the loan or loan agreement in terms of the financial institution’s use of abusive clauses and other violations of consumer rights
